North Graphics is proud to have supplied sail graphics for the 2017 Red Bull Youth America’s Cup (RBYC). Twelve top national youth teams, with sailors aged 18-24, faced off in Bermuda during the 35th America’s Cup series.
The one-design AC45 foiling catamarans were each outfitted with two North Sails headsails, including 1 jib and 1 code zero. The 26 sails were individually tailored to each team’s graphic packages which included their country flag, sponsors, and other design elements.
Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that each sail received graphics that were seamlessly coordinated with each other, and with the winged mainsail graphics.
Congratulations to Land Rover BAR Academy (Great Britain), NZL Sailing Team (New Zealand), and Team Tilt (Switzerland) for claiming 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (respectively) in what was an extremely tight competition!
